A Greater Montana
How we impact Montana
Annual Montana Rural Water Conference
We honor a 40-year legacy in rural water management by proudly becoming a Diamond Vendor for the Montana Rural Water Conference in 2024. Our support advances vital discussions and networking in the rural water sector, reflecting our commitment to the community and fostering collaboration for enhanced clean water solutions across Montana.
Invested in Local Education
In 2023, we donated 3 pallets of Oil-Dri to Capital High School Auto Class, Helena High Auto Class, and The Helena College Vo-Tech. This contribution helps these institutions provide valuable hands-on learning experiences for their automotive programs, ensuring students have access to high-quality materials for their training and skill development.
The Cowboy Ball
We believe in giving back to our community through various personal fundraisers that support those in need. We’ve proudly contributed to events such as the Cowboy Ball, which benefits children in the foster care system and their housing at Lighthouses. These events are crucial in raising funds and awareness for important causes, and we’re honored to play a part in their success.
Dueling Pianos
Additionally, our support for the Dueling Pianos fundraisers over the past three years includes: 2024, featuring Impact Montana vs. Family Promise; 2023, with Impact Montana vs. Family Promise; 2022, showcasing Big Brothers Big Sisters vs. Impact Montana; and 2021, highlighting Big Brothers Big Sisters vs. Impact Montana.
Montana Rifle Association
We donated a Rocky Mountain Salt Co. basket to the Montana Rifle Association. We proudly support Montana’s 2nd Amendment rights and contribution to education on gun laws and safety.
East Helena Rodeo
We donated a Rocky Mountain Salt Co. basket to the East Helena Rodeo. This contribution benefits the community of East Helena and supports the men and women competing in the event, adding a touch of local flavor and appreciation to the festivities.
Montana POW/MIA Awareness Association
We donated a Rocky Mountain Salt Co. basket to the Montana POW/MIA Awareness Association. This gesture supports their mission to honor and remember prisoners of war and those missing in action, contributing to their vital work and raising awareness.
The City of Hamilton’s Annual Firework Show
A spectacular event we proudly support with a monetary donation.
Clancy Days
Annually Clancy Days is set to be an extraordinary celebration, and we're thrilled to be a proud vendor with two booths—Chemical Montana and Rocky Mountain Salt Co. This vibrant event will feature a lively parade, bringing the community together with its mix of food trucks, classic cars, and live music. Attendees can explore a diverse array of Montana vendors, making it a fantastic showcase of local talent and flavors. Join us for a day full of excitement and Montana pride!

Helena Food Share
At our father's funeral in November 2021, we wanted to honor his memory by giving back to the community. We organized a food drive in his name, partnering with Helena Food Share. We set up collection bins at the service and reached out to friends and family to contribute. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we gathered 350 pounds of food and $150 in monetary donations, not including directly mailed cash. This act of kindness felt like the ultimate way to celebrate his legacy, and it was heartwarming to see how much support we received from everyone who knew him.
Supporting Live Music
Who would've thought a small family-owned Montana business would provide pyrotechnic chemicals for some of the world's biggest artists like Morgan Wallen, Lady Gaga, Karol G, and Rammstein.
